Become a True Colors Career Development Facilitator

This hands-on, interactive training is for career counselors and coaches, employment specialists, and other professionals to learn how to utilize the True Colors Personality System in the career development process. True Colors is a simple, and yet very accurate, assessment tool based on Myers-Briggs and the Keirsey temperament theory. Participants learn to apply True Colors to career decision making with groups and individuals.
